Recently, we had the pleasure of partnering with leading law firm Gilbert + Tobin (G+T) and a collective of gifted creatives headed up by Sue-Ella McDowall.
Together, we created a striking national graduate recruitment campaign, 'Opportunity Starts Here', to attract the next generation of legal talent.
Building a narrative around G+T's inclusive and forward-thinking culture, we dialed up the graduate launch pad messaging and embraced a more vibrant brand color palette, dynamic wrap-around typography, and a candid 'props-n-all' photographic approach.
With the heart of our campaign lying in the real-life stories of current associates, partners and alumni, we highlighted their distinctly positive experiences and perspectives and traced their evolution from law grad to accomplished professional – showcasing the opportunity for impact, curiosity and connection at G+T.
And to address the myriad of questions new recruits have, the campaign creative was expanded and shaped across a selection of multi-channel touchpoints. These included a national roadshow of promotional events, candid Q&A style videos, websites, brochures, advertising, social media, and more.
